This policy explains what happens to your data when you use svgify.net. The short version: your files never leave your device, and we collect very little else.
Image to SVG, SVG Compressor, SVG Minifier, and SVG to PNG all run as client-side JavaScript. When you drop, select, or paste a file into a tool, it is read directly into your browser's memory and processed there. At no point is the file uploaded to an SVGIFY server or any third party we operate. When you close the tab, the file and any result are gone unless you've downloaded them.
The Image to SVG tool loads an open-source tracing library from a public content delivery network (CDN) the first time you use it in a session. That request tells the CDN operator your IP address and browser details, the same as any request to load a script from the web — but it does not transmit your image. No other tool on the site loads external resources beyond fonts and stylesheets needed to display the page.
SVGIFY may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as page-view counts) to understand which tools are used and to guide the roadmap. This data is not tied to your files and is not sold or shared with advertisers. If and when analytics are added, this section will be updated to name the specific provider in use.
The site does not set cookies to track you across visits. Your tool settings (like color count or precision) exist only in the page's memory for the current session and reset when you reload.
The contact form opens your own email client with a pre-filled message; the contents are sent directly from your email address to ours, and are handled like any other email you send us — not logged by this website.
SVGIFY is a general-audience tool site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change, and significant changes will be noted in the changelog.
